Learn with Chef Michela, how to make Italian meals using traditional
recipes passed down from her family with all her grandmother's tricks.
Before starting the class, I will serve a welcome appetizer with wine.
You will prepare:
-Handmade pasta with a traditional sauce
-Fish or meat main course
-espresso tiramisù
-Selection of local wine is included.
